Description:
The Organizational Development and Leadership certificate imparts critical organizational and analytical skills that are key drivers of organizational effectiveness for individuals who are in leadership roles or seeking them. This program of study incorporates theory and practice in the areas of organizational leadership, problem-solving and decision-making, managing change and conflict, strategic thinking, and other selected course topics. 15 Credits
Admission:
30 college credits.

Student Learning Outcomes
- Develop skills to cultivate and leverage interpersonal and professional relationships to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze possible causes for conflict in professional situations and propose productive scenarios for resolution.
- Apply analytical and strategic thinking methodology to systematically solve problems, make decisions, and navigate change.
